Vinette, the newest venture from the Aizle hospitality group, follows in the footsteps of Aizle, Noto, Tipo &
Michelin starred Lyla, with a cocktail bar downstairs, Vivien.
Opening early October, Vinette is a Parisian-style bar à vin offering bistro-style dishes with a Mediterranean touch, served as an à la carte menu crafted by Chef and Owner Stuart Ralston; with a world-class wine list curated by Group Head Sommelier Stuart Skea expect a thoughtfully sourced selection, focusing on Old World vignerons, complemented by standout bottles from further afield.
Set to open later this year, we also introduce Vivien — an intimate, speakeasy-style cocktail bar accessible via the Barony Street entrance. Named after Renée Vivien, a renowned lesbian poet of the late nineteenth century, Vivien will offer bespoke cocktails and a selection of small plates.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy for groups of 1-4, 48hrs for 5-8, bookings that fail to cancel will incur a £50 per head charge.
For large groups of 7-8, we offer a set menu priced at £50 per head. Please email for more info. Due to the nature of our dining experience, 8 is the maximum table size.
